Concordia College Seeks to Improve Small Business Pages on Facebook

Concordia College in Moorhead, MN is interested in helping businesses better use their Facebook pages. This survey asks participants how they feel about the Facebook page for retail giant Target. It is the second of two surveys currently in circulation. Through consumer feedback, the researchers hope to assemble best practices for business-to-consumer companies.
